Laser Cutting → 5 Amada fiber laser systems including the Amada Ventis. All metals, all gauges. Plus or minus 0.001 inch tolerances. Nitrogen and oxygen assist. 24–48 hour quoting.	CNC Forming → CNC press brakes for precision bending and forming. All materials and gauges. Tight bend radius capability. Complex multi-bend parts handled in-house.	Welding → TIG, MIG, Spot, Robotic, 9 IPG fiber laser welders. AWS D17.1 aerospace welding with Lockheed Martin approval. AWS D1.1, D1.2, D9.1M. Lloyd’s Register LR 33932.
CNC Machining → Milling, turning, drilling, and precision machining in-house. Complements sheet metal fabrication for programs requiring machined components alongside fabricated parts.	Powder Coating → In-house powder coating in any color, finish, and texture. Eliminates outsourcing delays. Consistent finish quality controlled by MJM’s ISO 9001 quality system.
