Do you only work with Florida companies?
No. We are located in Miami Gardens and we ship across the United States. Over 600 customers order from here. Being in Florida matters most to companies in the Southeast, in the Caribbean and Latin American trade lanes, and to anyone who wants to be able to walk their own shop floor without a connecting flight.
Do you own your equipment or broker the work out?
We own it. Five Amada lasers, nine Amada forming machines, a CNC turret punch, nine handheld fiber laser welders, spot welders, a Mazak machining center, a 95-ton stamping press, hardware insertion, wet deburring and five inspection systems, in a 37,000 sq ft building with 80 plus employees. Outside finishing partners handle powder coat, anodize and plating, and we say so plainly. Everything else happens here.
What does contract manufacturing include at MJM?
Laser cutting, CNC punching, forming, rolling, welding, machining, hardware insertion, deburring, laser marking, finishing coordination, inspection, mechanical assembly, packaging and drop shipping. One purchase order, one company accountable for the finished part rather than four vendors pointing at each other.

Will you sign an NDA before we send drawings?
Yes. Send it with the RFQ and we will execute it. We are ITAR registered and run AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems, so controlled documentation and customer confidentiality are handled by procedure here, not by good intentions.

Can we visit the facility?
Yes, and we encourage it. Customers who walk the floor at 5205 NW 161 Street tend to understand quickly what they are buying, because the equipment, the quality department and the people running your job are all in the same building. Call ahead and we will set up a time.
