Laser Cutting: Amada Ventis 3015AJ (4kW), 3× Ensis 3015AJ (3kW), LC 2415 A III CO2; 3× CSD nitrogen generators. Punching: Amada AE 2610NT turret. Forming: 9 Amada press brakes (HRB 2204 240-ton/14 ft, 6× RG 80, 2× EG 4010); 3 Knuth rollers. Welding: 9 IPG 2kW fiber laser welders, 3 Sciaky spot welders (75/100/200 KVA), certified TIG/MIG. Machining: Mazak BCN 530C, Johnson 95-ton press, FlexArm tapping, band saw, grinder, lathe. Finishing: 3× Timesavers deburr, Haeger & Auto-Sert hardware, laser marking, sand blasting, 3D printing. Inspection: Amada Fabri-Vision, Keyence LM-X, Keyence XM-5000 CMM.
