Broward engineers and buyers do not choose a fabricator on distance alone. They choose on capability, and then distance decides how painful the bad days are. When a first article comes back wrong, or a revision drops mid-run, or a program pulls in three weeks, the shop 30 minutes away behaves very differently from the shop three time zones away.

We are 20 to 35 minutes from most of Broward County. You can drop off a sample in the morning and have it on a laser table the same day. Our truck runs north regularly, and customers pick up directly when a schedule tightens. If a part needs to be looked at together, we look at it together.

Marine and yachting. Fort Lauderdale runs the largest refit and repair concentration in the country. We fabricate 5052 and 316 stainless hardware, hatches, tank components, console structures, engine room panels, and custom brackets. Laser cutting. Five Amada systems, one of the largest laser fleets in South Florida, with onsite nitrogen generation for clean, weld-ready edges.

Forming. CNC press brakes, in-house tooling, hardware insertion.

Welding. Nine IPG 2kW fiber laser welders plus TIG, MIG, and spot. Certified welders.

Inspection. Amada Fabri-Vision automated optical inspection with full dimensional reporting.

Finishing and assembly. Powder coat, anodize, plating, silkscreen, hardware, and build-to-print assemblies.

How far is MJM from Fort Lauderdale?

About 20 miles. Typically 25 to 35 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale depending on traffic, straight down I-95 or the Turnpike to the Miami Gardens exit.

Do you deliver, or do we pick up?

Both. We run deliveries into Broward regularly, and plenty of customers send a driver when a schedule is tight. Tell us which you prefer when you place the order.

What is your minimum order?

One piece. We build prototypes and production runs on the same floor with the same equipment.

How fast can I get a quote?

Can you handle marine grade stainless properly?

Yes. 316 and 316L stainless, 5052 aluminum, and the finishing and passivation those alloys need. We have been building for South Florida salt exposure since 1979.
